It's snowing at home, but not on my treadmill π€£ so just completed W3R1. Legs felt tired after 90 seconds on both of the 3 min run, but kept going and hope it will feel easier on R2. I know this will pass, as felt the same on W2R1 and this seems easy now. Actually feel like I am getting better (not faster, slow and steady, I know) and the trainers (mine is Laura) do spur you on. Will check in again at W4 - keep on πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

It is a pain isn't it.. I am also having to use indoor runs now to keep me on track!

Another one in the bag - well done. It's even snowing here in Manchester - we don't get much usually so I know it's bad elsewhere if we've got a light dusting.
