So W8R3 done, it was a lovely jog in the mud and rain before finally turning to snow. I seem to be suited to muck as I lost count how many times I slipped, you certainly need to have your wits about you. Mind you I'm not sure if its me but I always seem to struggle for the first 5 or so minutes, but once Laura tells me I'm half way, I smile. O well, 3 more to go!

Apparently it's called the Toxic 10 - a known thing that the start can be hard, knowing that really helped me (that and running verrrry slowly!). You're so close now, I'm a very recent graduate, and this last week is really something. Hope you enjoy and let us know how you get on.
