Been to hospital today going for a mri scan and a injection in the ankle they found a small bit of bone broken of the ankle there going to splint the ankle they said I can go to the gym but no running also going for physio to so fingers crossed after 14 weeks things are looking better

Hey, good to know you are finally getting some answers. Stay strong, you've had to go through a lot to get here, but this sounds a lot more hopeful.

Things are looking up now they said I can now start using the gym again but must remember not to go to mad and no ankle weights

Finally, a diagnosis and a plan to put it right. No wonder you couldn't run with a broken bone - ouch!

Fab news you now know what’s wrong Garden. No running but at least you can go to the gym. Hopefully you can now start your recovery. Look after yourself 👍🏻
