It’s amazing how much I’ve changed in the last 5 months. This morning I went to get some shopping. Well I went past the magazines and I only went and bought a running magazine, yes me, someone thought if they’d run they would seriously die. Even more amazing I came home and got a subscription to women’s running!!

There you are Shelley, you used to go shopping and went straight to the magazine counter, now you go and get a running magazine for women and walk straight past the magazine counter and get a subscription to Women's Running, well done. 😊 🏃
