Muscle weighs more than fat 🤔. I have been losing weight well with SW and now I've started running it's slowed down but im still losing inches and feel better n that's what counts, go by clothing and how it feels rather than weighing in 😊

Hi there. What week are you on? With this program it's good to measure yourself, as you're likely to lose inches, but you can gain weight - as muscle is heavier than fat.
A key thing to also remember that it is easier for your body to 'give up' your muscle rather than fat when dieting, so exercising while dieting is really important. So temporarily you may have gained due to building muscle, but be losing inches on every key area. But for ongoing weight loss maintenance this is really going to be your friend. As you gain more muscle your body will be using more calories while you are (momentarily!) on the couch relaxing than before. If you haven't measured yourself - do so now - all the bits you'd like to see change shape - and you'll be very surprised as the weeks progress. And if you're eating healthily, moving away from processed foods and too much sugar, you will lose weight. Don't be disappointed by this small gain, the benefits will begin to show soon.
