I went for my 2nd run, first week last night- it was raining, it was dark, I hadn’t planned a route, and I tripped whilst mid-jog, I fell hard as I was completely immersed in the moment. but..... I loved it! 😊 I feel so accomplished having taken this step towards a healthier, more confident lifestyle.
I’m learning as I go, and have today ordered some headphones that will stay in! Obviously early days and I can’t truly envisage a time where I’ll be jogging ‘comfortably’ 30 minutes at a time, but then this time last week I didn’t think I’d be here, typing this. 😁
