I enjoyed my run today. I really needed it as the wind woke me several times last night and I was feeling groggy this morning but the run has woken me up and I feel much better. This week I remembered the post run stretch too. I always stretch beforehand but last week omitted post run stretch. Looking forward to Fridays run.

I follow the stretches on Couch to 5k app . So yes they are dynamic stretches targeting muscles used in running. Cheers! Thankful for the support.

Thank you. Tempting to jump straight into the run but I’m sticking to the program. Don’t want injuries.
