Finally I have reached W9. I can't believe it. The first run was steady going and felt ok. I won't say it felt great...not yet. This jogging lark is getting a bit addictive! I'm just stepping out to do R2...wish me luck!

Well done! How did the run go? I'm a recent graduate so just consolidating my slow runs with more slow running! I'm aiming for 4 to 6 weeks of 3 x 30 runs before I do anything drastic like speed up! You are so close! Amazing, isn't it?!

It was fine. A little heavy on my legs but breathing wise it's great. One more to go before I graduate🤸. I'll be very gradually increasing speed too. After all this work I am definitely keeping it up!
