Hi everyone. I have found beginners yoga on YouTube and really enjoy doing this on my rest days. I am feeling great with the combination of C25K and yoga. Mind and body healing and enabling me to achieve so much more. I have medial knee pain as well in my right knee so I’m doing knee strengthening exercises for a few minutes every day. I have a bit of ‘wear and tear’ but I’m really hoping it doesn’t interfere with my running. Have a great day!

Sounds like a good combo, Biddy 😊 I do a yoga class one week and Pilates the next. Also some strength exercises I found on Runners World website once a week. Seems to be keeping me injury free (touch wood!)
