I’ve been struggling since December to get back into a running pattern, didn’t realise just how quickly my fitness levels would fall. Managed my first outdoor run of the year and my first 5k full 30 mins run since end of November. Pushed through despite wanting to give up... used the c25k app to help with motivation.

I think it’s cos I’ve had much better times on the past, it was tough compared to previous runs

It was so cold.... i was trying out my new gloves and hat, it did show me that I love outdoor running so can’t wait for lighter nights

Congratulations on completing a sub 30 minute 5k, your fitness isn't all that bad with that time, if you consider yourself as unfit, once you are fit, a sub 25 minute 5K is not put of the question. 😊

Thanks, it was so so tough but I kept reminding myself I’ve got a 10K to train for and to man up 💪🏻💪🏻 you’ll do great
