Beaten the embarrassment!

At the end of W1. Hardest thing was getting over folk thinking I look a tit!

Now I don’t care. I do go out at 7am but I prefer to get it out of the way so I can shower and be at my laptop by 8.30. Added benefit, nobody to dodge around!

Looking forward to week 2 which starts on Monday!

Thank you! I read your guidance this morning and changed my run as a result as I have tendency to run quickly and my shins were aching! Sorted today!

Hi - I've just completed week one as well - I never thought I'd try running, but so far so good. Keep going!

I’m 55 and have only run a bit on a treadmill. Always thought I’d prefer it outside and I do! Shame it took a pandemic to get me to do it!

Good luck with week 2 R-C and thanks for the message 💓

Many congrats and enjoy week 2. And remember that anyone you pass is probably very impressed that you’re out running 👍
