Browed but not beaten

Just posted my injury photo on FB, and got so many lovely messages, on top of the ones you lovely people sent on here. It made me think, and made me determined to make my first real goal - to complete a running event successfully (and get the medal haha).

I do love a challenge, but it's great to have a really clear goal. I will let you know when I succeed :)

Ouch! Despite the swelling, let's hope that the damage is only minor and you can get back out there soon. Take care.

haha I have no idea how long I am supposed to wear it for - now that I think back to what was said at the hospital, there was no real follow up other than rest it for 7 - 10 days. I'm hoping that it will gradually ease and start to feel stronger, it is very painful at the mo, and my foot feels a bit loose, which I presume is the fact that the ligaments are all stretched...:(
