So I've had a week off and my leg is still hurting but I'm not givng in, I'm going to listen to my body and rest until is strong to carry through.

I registered for pretty muddy 5k in July and although alot of my friends will be walking it it would be nice to run for some of it too. I'm glad I've booked it so it's something to aim for and nothing that is too strict with feelin that I have to run it if I can't. Roll on 6 months, hopefully I will be on week 9 by then, who knows,

You have loads of time to train for that Muddy 5K, probably will be very muddy if there has been a lot of rain. Good luck with your running journey with C25K. 😊

Good goal to set and what a fun run it will be. You’ll be more than ready... hope you’re pain free soon.
