Well I can't believe I'm nearly there. At WK 1 I thought this is not for me. Now I'm loving it. What do I do after WK 9?

I am on week 9 myself. on the nhs website there is a podcast Couch to 5k+

You consolidate at 30 minutes/5k for a few weeks, until that duration is comfortable.

When you post your graduation, I will send you a link to piece about post C25K running.

Great progression! After week 9... you could run some! Consolidation for a couple or three weeks then new goal setting, doesn’t matter what goals you start though, just keep on running.
