Well done on the running.... but..this isn't a weight loss programme and you may or may not lose weight.
You will as you go on, and it is very early days for you... feel fitter and more toned and stronger...
Each run builds on the one before...just keep it steady and keep it slow... maybe take a peek at our sister site..Weight Loss NHS..many folk on here, are on there also and find it works well.

Good job on the runs. You’re probably building muscle, which slows weight loss, don’t worry you’re still getting fitter and healthier and muscle build doesn’t last forever. You’ll be fine in week 3... slow and steady.
