Wasn't feeling it today. My 6th form daughter wanted picking up just before I was planning on going out giving me an extra reason not to go (nobody except you guys knows I'm doing this... 🙊).

Anyway... managed to get out and w2r2 was going well so was really pleased I'd managed to sneak out. Finished the 4th run and on my recovery walk and realised that I'd been walking for longer than I thought i should have been. Checked my phone and I'd lost Michael, my trainer! So... I'd managed to close the app and all progress lost.😣😣 Did another run and walk and will have to do w2r2 again next week.

That is a bummer . Try a diiferent version of the app . I have 2 types one is fine other cuts out !

If you’d done all the running intervals, you can fire up the app, launch the run and skip through it to tick it off.

Great start... maybe one day the daughter can run home 😂

She's very sporty but won't run for a bus...! 🤣

I hadn't completed the runs with the app but I think did the equivalent time by the extra I did without Michael in my ear when I checked my fitbit afterwards. It's only 1 run so will redo so that I know I haven't cheated.

So you run with Micheal, I used to run with him too. Sorry you lost him! I had to do what UnfitNoMore suggests. It works, and you've done the run, so no problem. Happy running 🌻
