It was with a 4 day gap between runs because of work but to be honest I couldn't have done it anyway because I ached too much! But, after second run yesterday had a soak in the bath and feeling so much better today and ready for w1r3 tomorrow.

Yeah, sounds just like how I felt after day one. Better after run two, just have to take the slow and steady approach I keep hearing in here, we can get there......
