Can't believe I actually made it to week 2! I did week 1 run 3 twice as was nervous about moving on up but dont know what I was worried about! Does anyone else get themselves all worried and then are pleasantly surprised afterwards? Looking forward to my next run! Xx

Well done :) I've completed week 1 but like yourself I will be doing w1r3 again this evening before moving on. This is only because my partner decided to join me on my 2nd run. Looking forward to stepping it up a notch though :)

I'm with you as just completed W2R1 and I was really nervous but all ok. Looking forward to Wednesday's run.

Well done... first step up ✅

Yeah, many runners here have been worried and then done it... you can do all the steps up though, so don’t worry.
