Well I’ve surprised myself! I think this is the first time I’ve stuck to a running program for more than one day. I’d like to map my run to see how far I go. Which is the best app? Suggestions please. Thank you.

I use strava

I’ve downloaded Strava because it’s been recommended by my friends who already run properly 😂

Great job on doing this 6 times longer than previous running programmes... and planning for more!

I use Nike run club for guided runs and free plans, Strava is the most popular... there’s many others!
