I’ve managed to lose a stone in 4 months, but not in a heathy way. I want to start leading a healthier and fitter lifestyle. My BMI is still too high, and it’s been recommended that I lose 9lbs. I’m hoping that in addition to the very irregular HIIT sessions I do each week, that I can take up jogging/running and use it to help clear my head as well.

Hi well done for Weigh loss, this programme isn’t enough to loose weight, but will definitely help you get fit and along with healthy eating you can loose weight. In August I gave up smoking and started healthy eating, I’ve lost 2st 7lb to date (still classed as obese, but still loosing). I started c25k first of all in September, the end of week 1 I pulled ligament in my knee so was on the IC (injury couch) for a while. Started it again in November, I completed w9r1 yesterday. I’m slower than a snail (they get away from me) but I manage to run 30 mins non stop. I’m pleased with that!
