Feel good to have completed my first week. I didn’t enjoy my run too much though. Not sure if it was indigestion from last night still but had a sharp stitch type pain in right hand side of my lower ribs. I walked for and extra 30 seconds and added it on to my next run so it did wear off. Hopefully w2 will be better
