Well done ⭐️ You may have fewer aches if you slow down just a little - embrace your inner snail, as they say around here ! Running on grass or hardcore rather than tarmac or paving can also help, if you can. All the best for the next one x

At this stage..there is loads to think about...but just try to relax... kiss the ground with your feet..(my term for landing lightly ) and relax shoulders, arms, and hands and face... Just move gently and breathe....

My three cents, always warm up, then stretch as it is reccomended, you can always jog as it is more of a slower cant and not run or even walk if out of breathe, cool down with a walk and then stretch again as I have also heard lactic acid builds up in the muscles whilst exercising which I believe causes the achey muscles I have certainly found with training that doing these things helps with the aches
