What is the difference between jogging and running?

Jogging /running?

Pace for sure. Jogging is running - slowly.
Looked at run vs jog on the web and I got 10kph or 6mph as defining it which seems pretty arbitrary to me, I’d have thought it was subjective based on what you can maintain.

As Dilmark says, pace.
It all depends whether you want to call yourself a runner or a jogger....

Nothing, depends what you want to call it - I go out for a run, I take part in parkrun, I take part in running events......my pace is my pace.... - which may differ if I am racing for the finish line, or building stamina and distance for a longer event - but I run....🏃♀️.......and I enjoy it, whatever it’s called....😂

Jogging is running... some people choose to apply the term to slower running, some just call it running.

Thank you for your comments. I think I will continue to say i go 'running'. It certainly feels like it to me.
