And I never thought I'd say that. So here you go for all to see. My lovely new running shoe's. I had the full package. Gait testing and everything. Smile.

I hope so too for what they cost ☺. There men's because being tall I have wide feet and the women's pairs were not wide enough. I am pleased they are very comfy. Monday will be their first outing. I'll update on how I get on.

Shoe envy! I'm only on week 1 and bought some shoes without thinking... then I really struggled at parkrun this morning because they have no grip on a muddy field. Am going to my local running shop tomorrow to do exactly what you did... gait analysis and then get a pair for street running and a pair for trail running. Once I know what colour, I can then go out and get the wildly clashing socks!
