Just got back from the gym and done W5R3 which is a 20 min run AND I DID IT!!!!

I cannot believe I did it - just to think I had never run in my life before starting this program.

I have taken it nice and easy and even repeated some weeks. If I can do it - anyone can

Congratulations HR4L on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs πŸƒ
