Just completed W5 R3...... it was fine it was only the last 2 mins I was struggling. Now my ankles feel slightly tight and cramped but that’s it.

How can I be doing this I didnt need my inhaler at all I was just running and breathing.

Fellow runners were smiling or saying good morning which had me beaming ear to ear. I’m a runner I never ever thought this was possible but this asthmatic can run.

Roll on week 6 I know it can be tricky but I’m ready to step it up.

Hello fellow asthmatic! I’m just finished week 6 and am yet to need my inhaler. It’s supppsed to help improve our lung capacity isn’t it? Onward and upward

Yes it is Iv needed it at various points and always take the blue one before I go out. Iv also been put on a steroid inhaler morning and night as a preventer. But my lungs are improving all the time so it can only be a good thing. It’s just harder for us I guess.
