Just completed week 2 race 1. After having a wobble at the end of week 1 I’m so pleased I did it!! Amazingly found it more enjoyable and slightly easier?! I may eat my words in the future!

Well done......but less of the racing.........stay slow.
I enjoyed week two a lot more than week one, I think because there were only 5 intervals! Great job, run them all just like you did there.
