Just completed not quick but i enjoyed it and that's the key i think. To everyone struggling on Week 1 or 2 that was me. When you get to the longer runs you will find your running pace and really start to enjoy the runs. So keep on going take an extra days rest if you need it or have a cold/cough just keep going. This program really is amazing. 9 weeks ago i was out of breath walking to the Tube. I can hardly believe it myself. Good Luck everyone.
