Week 1 Run 2 done, struggle to get out of the door as feeling so tired. Still feel better for doing it. Rather worried about increasing the running sections next week as I still find it difficult to reach the minute on the last couple.

Well done! My first week was really tough and I thought that I wouldn't be able to do week 2. I've just finished run2 of week 2 and was really surprised to find that it wasn't that bad. W1 felt much harder so keep at it and you might just surprise yourself!
You can do it scarlet48, the trick that I found to actually get me through the door last week was, not even thinking about it. Just do a routine of getting changed etc and going out the door. Then once your out you have to carry on no going back. You know I’m a carer and the person I care for one of her disabilities is she was born without a sleep gene. She doesn’t sleep at all. Hence I don’t get much sleep either. Believe me if I can do it tired, you can.
Great job. Each run adds to your fitness and you’ll be surprised by how quickly if rises. Ok next week in 90 second intervals... but there’s only 5 of them... and the total workout length isn’t mush different to week one... you can do it! Keep the pace down.
