Going slower!!

So week 2 run 2 under the belt, not sure its getting any easier, in fact I think i might be slowing down! Is that normal? First week I did 3.2 k and up to 3.6 on the third, today Im back down at 3.1

Hi, this early on don't bother about distance the main thing is that you're finishing the runs that's great . Distance is something you work on after completing c25k 😊

When increasing distance or duration you should run slower, not just now, throughout you’re running life. Here on plan the early weeks have repeated runs, but then changes before changing back... while you shouldn’t run any of this plan flat out, the first run of each week should definitely be slow and steady, if not all of them.
