Getting slower!

Have just seen my Parkrun time. No wonder it felt easier, I'm getting slower each week! Never mind, I definitely enjoyed it more today.

Who cares how slow you go! The more you enjoy it, the more you'll want to keep doing it I reckon - and long term I think that's the most important thing. Life's too short not to do what feels enjoyable!
