1st walk in 4 days for me due to this asthma flare up. So we taking a slow walk round our route. I suppose walking is better than laying down feeling sorry for myself.

How annoying for you! Yes walking is good for you regardless and a good way to keep active, plus the dog seems very happy! Get well soon
Yeah very annoying a simple task like making the beds makes me breathless. But not letting it stop me. She loves her walks all round our local woods and down to the beach. Hoping to start again by end of the week 🤪
