WK1R2 - to done list!

Made it through run 2 :D. Pleased I’ve not just given up after one run (as I have previously). This run was harder than the first one. I think my brisk walks were a bit ‘brisker’ today - maybe that is it? Still running like a 🐢 - felt like backwards at one point when it got windy!

Well done! I think Week 1 is the hardest as your body will be in total shock that you've suddenly started to expect it to do things other than sit on the proverbial couch :) Just remember to keep it nice and steady, if your run pace is only the same speed as your walk pace, that's OK, honestly, and the wind really doesn't help does it? I had an out-and-back run a couple of months back where the first half was fantastic with the wind at my back, but on the return leg it was just hard work!!

Well done, just hold your nerve, the plan works, just be sure to maintain your rest days between runs, and you should be fine.
