Haha! I’ve just smashed run 2! I have been thinking about it all day and worrying I couldn’t do it. I have been at the zoo today with the kids and had already done 10,443 steps by tea time and thought I’d really struggle.

Hubby came in and I decided I was going! I was flagging half way round but I did it, can’t believe I did it..

One small question do we just do run 1 once run 2 once etc so we only run 3 times a week then move onto wk 2run 1 etc as I’m sure towards the end of my run sarah Macmillan said something about repeating the run 3 times before moving on to week 2? Below is a picture of my face post run for comedy value where apparently I’ve aged about 25 years.

So for those who are reading this who don’t think they can.... believe me you can if I can!!

Yes its confusing because they use the same podcast for each run of most weeks. You do the same run 3 times only. Well done completing the run on top of that busy day.

Yaaaaay you!! I had the same feeling in week 1: I did it! Now in week 4, so you can do that as well! I wondered about repeating as well, because I feared I would not be able to manage the next week. I didn’t repeat, and I did manage the next week, and the next week. You can do it!

Yes, Week 1 - Run one say Sunday, Run 2 Tuesday and Run 3 Thursday, then wait until the next Sunday and do Week 2, Sunday Run 1, Tuesday Run 2 and Thur Run 3 and continue in this manner until you have completed Week 9 Run 1. Run 2. Run 3, at least that is what I am doing. Good luck.
