I'm not trying to be over confident and certainly don't mean for it to come over like that. I'm just proud of myself for getting the second run done when I could've listened to the discomfort in my legs and given up. Don't think there's anything wrong with believing in myself

Congrats, yes you can but keeping it nice and steady wins the day, that first week feels like such an achievement, all the best for the upcoming weeks.
Go you! If I managed to do it you can too! It's a great programme and works well if you follow it, don't try to go too fast and don't forget your rest days.

Well done you, You should feel proud of yourself, I have just done w1r1 and feel an enormous sense of achievement. Getting out of the house after a day at work is a great step forward for me.

Great job! Your legs will get used to it as the weeks progress and won't feel so achey. Make sure you're fitting in some stretches/strength and flexibility exercises on your non-running days. ππ»ππ»πββοΈ
