A tiny victory, I know ... but I’ve ‘started’ C25K a couple of times ... and done run one. Nothing more, just run one and a load of excuses.
W1R1 was enjoyable! W1R2 was even more so. Tonight, however, it seemed tougher. Running facing the wind made it feel like I was getting nowhere and I don’t think the timing was ideal - set off at 7:50pm, straight after work having not eaten a thing since noon and despite drinking lots during the morning, a busy afternoon meant not so much to drink.
That said, I could have given dozens of excuses to not go out but I didn’t.
Come on, week 2 - let’s do this!

Well done for ignoring all the excuses, I have a whole list of them that regularly run (jog?) through my mind, but it feels blooming great to ignore them and prove to yourself you can!!
