Done my first run today, dying, I usually cycle everywhere so I thought I'd be fitter, guess the Christmas excess, has caught up with me, looking forward to Wednesdays run though

Cycling uses muscles differently, but it is the impact that you need to be aware of, which is why we recommend staying slow, even if relatively fit, and also why rest days are compulsory.

Well done....going out for my first run as well this morning, quite anxious, I don't ride my bike anymore I'm only walk fit so I'm looking forward to this challenge....happy new year 🏃‍♀️🎉
