Day 2 Week 1 ...

That was harder than Day 1 ... not sure if it was the cold air, the hill on the first bit, the fact my legs were still stiff and aching after day 1 even with a rest day or my total lack of running experience. However done it and will go again on Sunday! At 45, I’ve not done any running since the awful cross countries aged 13. I’m hoping to push myself to the end and see if I fall for a lifestyle change and the running bug!!! Just need to get some appropriate clothing - my 16 year old daughter was embarrassed by my joggers!
