this is the first one i've managed without stopping at the halfway mark to breathe and im damn effing proud! turns out that slight injury I had from a bike crash is actually a fractured humerus and 2 ribs but doc says as long as i behave and it doesn't hurt i can still run.

nervous for week 3 as 3 minutes is a long as time

my doctor is a family friend and known me since birth lol he knows full well id continue doing it no matter what he says so he just advised me the safe way of going about it. i've had much worse playing rugby overthe years
