Playlists for running....

At the moment mine is Dvorak Symphony No9. - lasts 45 minutes. Time to set up warm up, run, warm down. Love rock and pop but those tracks make me change my running rhythm and I end up all over the place!

I’m currently listening to house every weekend. The beats keeps me going. Slower the music slower I walk/jog. I’ve also got running tracks by MOS. I’ve only been doing this for 1 week. So I’m no pro. Good luck 😊

Lovely classical That’s what I listen to whilst I am doing it.

Music is essential in the beginning as well as during the short runs. At least it was for me. I learned not to be affected by the groove of my rock bands because l focused on listening rather than following the drum beat.

However. As your runs get longer you will tire more and every detail will matter. I can’t imagine running 20k with some maniac screaming in my earphones (or a philharmonic doing their thing) but see how it goes for yourself once you get there. ;)

I listened to your Dvorak suggestion today and it was lovely!

I listen to podcasts, I find the spoken word allows me to go at my own pace and not go too fast trying to run along to music.
