Thanks to everyone on here, I finished week 4 on a positive - I ran far further than before so I was pleased with that. I have already noticed that I recover more quickly and so I feel ready for whatever week 5 throws at me - though I suspect that I will repeat each session twice before moving on. BUT definitely 20 minutes by mid Jan I hope. will keep you posted at some point. Decreasing my alcohol content may well help as December has not been great! oops

Nice running... don’t fear that 20... you can do it.

I’m ready for a couple of weeks of no alcohol I think... can’t do the whole month as my neighbours will be dragging me for (veggie) haggis on Burns night again... I swear they just like seeing me in a skirt!

Anyways... have a great evening, happy new year and very many happy runs in 2019
