Really pleased wk8 & running 28mins non stop with the help of Michael J. Bit of a hitch now have lower back/hip pain!! 😱any ideas for best treatment?

Well done on the running side... you’re almost there! Core conditioning exercises can help... planking is good and there’s a 30 day challenge app that takes you into that gradually too. This is assuming there’s no injury there, is it a one off? Get checked by a professional if it is persistent.
