I'm so happy that I managed to graduate before the New Year! Last year I was close but had an arthritis flare that meant it took 4 months to complete & then, after a great 4 months of running, I had to stop for 6 months. I got back out on the 27th October & am delighted to have stayed relatively well for 9 weeks & completed the programme. I've been massively encouraged by reading all the posts & advice on this site, thanks so much everybody, you're helping way more people than you know! Am hoping for a flare free 2019 & to keep moving however slowly 😀
