I can't believe I've done it. I'm still only running 3.5k not the full 5 but that's the next challenge. I honestly never believed I would ever be able to run for 30 mins straight yet here I am :) do you have to run 5k to officially graduate?

I don't think there is one for November yet, I'll keep checking :)

Not ready yet, only first of the month, keep checking Jue, it's up to you but if October's pinned post is there you could tell them on that one but I think you should wait until they have November's up.

I want to do a park run, but work every Saturday. I've got a rare weekend off towards the end of this month though so I may go for it! Whatever happens I've definitely caught the running bug, gone from hating it (the one minute runs on week one I think were the worst of all ) to absolutely loving getting out in the fresh air and being constantly surprised by what my body is capable of. I'm so glad I stuck it out and had faith in the program! Thank you for the link to the post, very helpful :)
