Week one. Run one. Completed. Always feels easy. My goal this time is to stick with it, three runs per week, until the end. Not got there on previous attempts at this.

You can do this, and we’re all right here with you. Take it slow and steady, at whatever pace suits. It’s a challenge, not a punishment. And always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Happy running 😀
