Had my sights on a wee 10k this morning and depending how the body felt miby more. The body didn't feel that great and was struggling to finish the 10k. But hey I did. Not all runs can be 1st class I suppose. Think my left foot may need a insole. Still getting very sore around the 40min mark on the ball of my foot and toes. Roll on Tuesday to I get back to my nicer runs and get back into routine with all the other stuff.
