Graduated c25k before Xmas and intended to do a flat parkrun. But had a cold so postponed. In Dunedin NZ now and just did their v. hilly park run in 43:30 . I can barely believe that 12 months after a heart attack that this programme would have got me a 65yr couch potato this far. Did have to walk the mega hill but felt v.good to finish.
Thanks for all the support.

Thanks for your reply IannodaTruffeMentor .It is very clear and useful advoce and very timely for me as I am definitely feeling smug and in danger of overdoing it.
The 10% progression rule sounds like just the job.
Thanks BeckySharp1. yes it feels great but its no great mystery. Most of the time all that stops us achieving these things is that silly little voice in our heads that's says " why not stop and go for a coffee and a icecream" learning to shut that one up and find a comfortable pace will see us through.
