If it is tough, slow down......... C25K is designed to build stamina and basic endurance which, counterintuitively is done by running slowly.

I hated Jo Whiley at the start too. But she saw me through to graduation!! I actually ran W9R3 with her again this morning. I actually miss her now so every now and then I go back to the app and really enjoy it.

Sarah Milligan is nicer. We'll done getting this far. We all struggle but the programme gets us through gently in the end. Go slow and stick with it and soon you'll be a runner.
No jo was fine. I’ll stick with her for now. Looking forward to being a runner again...Albeit 30 yrs on!!!
I started off with Sarah Milligan but found she started to annoy the heck out of me ha ha I now use Laura she’s much more motivating for me!
