After graduating had a few weeks if not running & a holiday - knew wouldn't be able to run 30 minutes so tried week 6 run 1. Discovered I couldn't even keep you g for 5 minutes! Shuffled & walked my way through the 30 minutes & glad to be home. Hoping to get "back in the saddle" & up to 30 minutes quicker than first time round!

Wishing everyone a very happy New year & all the best for 2019.

Xx

I had a Christmas break, put on weight and did my first run the other day and I could only just do 20 minutes. I was so disappointed, but also cross with myself for letting everything go for a week or so. The weight gain really got to me psychologically!

Today I went out with a fresh, positive mind and I ran the best 30 minutes I’ve ever run!!

Don’t give up!! X

Have not dared step on scales - had a week walking in Switzerland & all food full fat & loaded with cream! (& absolutely delicious, as was the chocolate !) X

The scales are the scariest thing aren’t they? And why is is that all the lovely food we want to eat is full of calories? It’s so unfair!!! X
