I did my final week 9 run this morning and have been running now for nearly over 2 months. I can't believe how much my fitness has improved in those 2 little months. I haven't followed the program religiously. At week 8 I was finding I had more run left in my legs and have been going for distance instead of time now for he last 6 runs. I've successfully run 5k for the last 6 outings. This program really helped me focus and Keep on track. I can't recommend this program enough and rave about it to all my friends - and anyone that will listen really.

Feels great to be graduating on Boxing Day. How quickly the weeks have gone.

Where do I go now? Without this program to guide me I'm slightly worried what happens next.

Please be careful, you are at the stage at which many graduates have their first injuries, simply by doing too much too soon...........stick to carefully structured training plan for safe progress.

But, don’t push too hard too soon - most important thing is to establish a fun running routine. You are still building up fitness...and your running legs.

repeated week 6 just so I was ready to continue on with the longer runs, so it took me 10 weeks...
